Unread Bookmarks 1.13 Available

Following on from the success of version 1.11, we've been making some nice enhancements to the extension and are proud to release Unread Bookmarks 1.13.

The most notable new feature is the ability to define a colour for each of your watched folders. This is a great way to tag and categorise your bookmarks as you're able to see quickly which unread bookmark belongs to which folder. This is useful if you want to break up your bookmarks into tasks, general interests and work for example.

Change list:

• Updated options page for adding folder colours
• API for the extension so that other extensions may integrate by getting the list of folders and colours
• Start page for new users to help them get started
• Some minor UI tweaks such as fixing the buttons in the pop-up and tab
• Russian locale added for extension manifest

Bookmark Me Quick 1.2 Available

Due to popular demand, we've released 1.2 of the extension and moved the bookmark button into the address bar.

Change list:

• Moved action into address bar
• Action hidden when URL already exists inside your bookmark folder
• Updated UI in options page

Unread Bookmarks 1.11 Available

The Unread Bookmarks extension has taken some large steps forward this week and the new release is ready to go.

Firstly, you are now able to rename and move the "Unread" folder. This was a commonly requested feature that we are now pleased to add. New installers will get the "Unread" folder added by default. Any users who have earlier versions installed should find that the extension continues to show the bookmarks contained within.

Secondly, you can now have the bookmarks of up to 5 folders shown in the Unread bookmarks list. Additional folders can be added in the options page. This feature should be a better fit with the way that you organise your bookmarks.

We hope that you enjoy this release and in the meantime we're potentially going to release one more point release before moving onto version 2, which should bring in plenty of exciting new web related features.

Bookmark Me Quick 1.1 Available

Bookmark Me Quick now supports the "ru" locale thanks to feedback from cmrd.Kaash.

We'll be adding internationalisation to the Unread Bookmarks extension soon too.

Bookmark Me Quick 1.0 Available

Although we've recently added new bookmarking buttons to the Unread Bookmarks extension, the feedback from our users (thanks cmrd.Kaash) indicated that there was still a need to get bookmarks into the Unread Bookmarks folder quicker.

So we're happy to announce the Bookmark Me Quick extension.

This chrome extension simply creates a bookmark of the currently open tab in your preferred folder. Nothing more, nothing less.

Unread Bookmarks 1.10 Available

A quick-fire release is now available thanks to some feedback from "cmrd.Kaash" in the comments of the chrome extension gallery

Change List:

• Updated tab bookmarking to ignore new tabs and duplicates
• Option to not retrieve icons for showing in the list added
• Small change to layout of list to ensure that the scrollbar does not overlap the list. This is a short-term fix until the issue is resolved in a new chrome release

Unread Bookmarks 1.9 Available

This latest version makes some significant UI changes to the toolbar to help get bookmarks into the list  quicker and make the UI actions more intuitive, whilst the "Show All" feature will allow users to access their entire list of unread bookmarks.
